Kevin Kane served as CEO of RxGuardian, (formally Gatekeeper) where he supported the company’s strategic pivot from a B2C model to a B2B approach focused on partnering with health insurers to address the opioid crisis and the increase in abuse of prescription medications. Under his leadership, RxGuardian positioned its locking devices as covered benefits, extending secure storage of Schedule II medications from hospitals and pharmacies to the home.

With over 25 years of executive experience, Kevin has contributed to 10 liquidity events, managed joint ventures, and served as an outsourced Operating Partner for both venture capital and private equity firms. His track record includes driving growth, navigating complex transitions, and delivering results across healthcare, technology, and SaaS sectors.
