David Brewer

David Brewer has negotiated the acquisition of Gatekeeper’s assets, designed the formation of RxGuardian, and through his Brewer Nevada charitable trust he has provided the initial funding for the Company. Mr. Brewer continues to contribute as a board member and Acting Director of Finance on a part-time basis. His background in law, finance and early stage companies is especially relevant to the Company’s needs at this stage. Before forming Aragon Ventures, a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley specializing in high technology startups, Brewer co-founded and was President or CFO of seven startup companies over a 25-year period. He previously worked as Manager at an international CPA firm and is an attorney licensed in California.
